Whats That Buzzing On My Guitar Strings?

Thats what I was doing wrong I need to place finger closer to fret, that did it thanks. I have a Q. I was in a bad car wreck and loss the feeling in three of my fingers and my thumb is ..well it is bent and can not use it. Now I am a Producer, recording engineer and mastering engineer and a pro singer and song writer , of late due to my bad hand I have been using mostly a sequencer and samples, loops ect and a tad on my synth.I have recorded now well over 300 songs with the PC solo I swear it sounds like a real band.In the last few months I have been so down as I have never learned music I do all by ear.I want to play a instrument again as it is great mental and spiritual boost. I tried Bass could not do it and I played drums 15 years now today I just bought an electric guitar I sold my acoustic electric that was a great axe.
I saw a old episod of Mash the old show, and a piano player lost his left arm and was a master piano player, one of the DR on the show, was burdened for the man and found a composer that did music on the piano all with one hand, it inspired me to try a instrument again.I can use three of my fingers and strum and pick well, I was woundering if you know of anything, lessions a site that can help people play say an electric guitar or a piano that has basicaly one good hand. I can not be the only musican that is disabled? I have recorede a few songs , but my music are not standard chords it sounds good, but I want to be able to sound better I signed up for the free lessions from your sponser as I made it my 2009 REZ to learn notation. music theory but could it be the few guitars I have had and the new one the strings seem to be set to high up from the board, if I go to a guitar store and have them lower the strings will it cause a lot of buzz and unwanted sound? any advice would be needed and Thank-you any help any body.I could barter to master your songs in exchange for some help
my songs done with my pc and synth speak for themselfs and sound real good, people tell me man just do what your doing it sounds great, but I am driven to learn to read music and play the piano and guitar no matter what anyone says. I had a instructor tell me they could not teach me due to my hand and she was not nice about it, that was what sparked my (I’ll show you attitude)

Wow, you’re story is a real inspiration. I commend you for being so strong. Sorry to hear about the tragedy, but you sound like a well grounded person who is really passionate about your talents and desire to be a great musician. That’s a great New Years Resolution to have :) As for lessons referring to a disability – I am not familiar with any. There’s quite a few Youtube stars who have made an entire following showcasing their talents that overcame a disability. i can always teach you over the internet, too, if you’re interested.

I would imagine not much would change for you as opposed to another student. The only difference would be a few modifications. Nice music! Keep in touch, and let me know more about what you do!

The string keeps buzzing anyway. Probably because the string doesn’t fit properly because the strings on the bridge have been reversed because I’m left handed. So I’m gonna get the bridges changed completely, or just buy a purpose made left handed guitar, which is going to be really hard to find because the guitar is popular for it’s unique tone, and they don’t make them left handed at all. Sucks to be a lefty :(
